In this work we explore the usage of Latin square in preschool education. Firstly we introduce the concepts and we provide some short mathematical analysis. Then we present how Latin Square is used in preschool education, and how a game can be designed around it. We present a case study where survey data were collected from 20 infants, aged 5 and 6 years old,during three years. Furthermore, we analyse the data by using machine learning tools, and we state and explore some interesting hypotheses.
